Pallets have been around for decades, but only recently have they become extremely popular when it comes to turning them into something new and useful, or what most call up-cycling. Last year, I compiled 16 awesome projects complete with tutorials from other bloggers. Since then, I’ve seen so many more creative and fabulous projects so I wanted to share another round-up for FABULOUS up-cycled pallet board projects.
While I’d like to say pallets are typically safe to work with, there are some precautions you should take. Some shipping pallets are treated with toxic chemicals or may contain harmful bacteria. Luckily, I found a great article written by a professional about what to look for when it comes to pallets. They even discuss the best way to dismantle a pallet safely! It’s a good read if you plan on creating any of these projects I’m sharing.
